Ryan Roy came to Charlottesville from Vermont. When he was recognized on the Vice News documentary on Unite the Right, a flood of complaints to his employer cost him his job at a pizzeria, a story that soon made national headlines.
Roy joins William Zachary Smith, of Nocona, TX; Wil McAffee Williams, of Nocona, TX; Tyler Bradley Dykes, of Bluffton, SC; and Dallas Medina, of Ravenna, OH.
Commonwealth’s Attorney Jim Hingeley has said that there will be multiple indictments but does not say how many.
