CROZET (WINA) – Albemarle Police are looking for two teens in association with a carjacking early Sunday morning of a Lyft driver in Crozet. Police say the driver picked the two up initially in the 600 block of Elizabeth Avenue in Charlottesville shortly before 3am Sunday and drove them out to the 1200 block of Blue Ridge Avenue in Crozet. It was there one of the teens drew a gun, told the driver to get out, and sped the Toyota Corolla off toward Jarmans Gap.

The car was found later Sunday in Waynesboro, but the two suspects are still at large. The two suspects are described as one white male and one black male, teenagers (16- or 17-years-old), and wearing all black clothing.

Anyone with information related to this incident or where the suspects are is asked to call the Albemarle County Police Department at 434-296-5807 or CrimeStoppers at 434-977-4000. Callers may remain anonymous.
