STANARDSVILLE (WINA) – The Greene County Sheriff has arrested two Stanardsville residents on fugitive warrants stemming for narcotics-related charges. The sheriff’s office in conjunction with the State Police 3A Narcotics and Gang Task Force — formerly known as JADE — conducted a narcotics interdiction operation in the county September 21. They seized 4-and-half grams of fentanyl and a-gram-and-a-half of meth.

The operation has resulted in the arrest of 34-year old Sade Sherita Wells on a probation violation and possession of a Schedule 1 or 2 narcotic… and 52-year old Jeffrey Wade Roach on a probation violation.

Both are at the Central Virginia Regional Jail without bond.
