CHARLOTTESVILLE (WINA) – Charlottesville Police are looking for the public’s help finding a missing 47-year old woman. Elanoch Taylor was reported missing by her family on July 30th, and was last heard from between June 3rd – 9th when groceries were delivered to her at her home on 15th St NW.
