CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) -The University of Virginia Baseball team had an opportunity to win an important ACC home series Sunday against NC State, but unfortunately, for the Wahoos, the pitching staff did not deliver the quality start or relief that they needed in order to slow the NC State offense. The Hoos gave up 13 runs and ultimately lost the game 13-5. They will face VA Tech in the final series of the regular season beginning on Thursday and all three games will be carried on WINA Radio. First pitch on Thursday and Friday is set for 6p.m. following WINA’s Charlottesville Right Now program.
