NORFOLK, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – Royal Caribbean and Carnival cruise lines have announced calls that were originally supposed to be in Baltimore in April instead will be in Norfolk. The Carnival Legend was supposed to return to Baltimore from the Bahamas Easter Sunday and will instead will return to Norfolk. Royal Caribbean’s 2500-passenger Vision of the Seas, which was supposed to return to Baltimore April 4, will instead terminate in Norfolk at Nauticus. Passengers off both ships will then be bused to Baltimore.
Vision of the Seas will then depart from Norfolk for cruises April 4 and 12, and return its final time for the month April 19. Carnival’s Legend and Pride both will originate cruises that were supposed to be from Baltimore from Norfolk instead, as well.
