CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – The biannual Crozet Arts and Crafts Festival is once again returning to Crozet Park this weekend, wrapping up its 46th year from 10-11 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

The two-day festival will feature over 130 artists and exhibitors, as well as live music, food trucks, a kids’ area and door prizes.

“It’s like the fall festival you’re looking for,” Executive Director Ewa Harr said. “This time of year, Crozet is so beautiful. The park is so beautiful. You’re got the Blue Ridge Mountains in the background, and you’re got so many amazing and unique vendors.”

Harr told Cville Right Now before May’s festival the event is “huge” in Crozet, and after making a comeback post-COVID, the event has gotten bigger and bigger over the past few years.

“On a beautiful weekend when the weather is perfect, we’ve seen up to 8,000 people over a weekend,” she said.

The festivals serve as the biggest fundraiser for the Crozet Park, which is non-profit and community owned.

“It’s, I think, just an incredible opportunity to bring the whole family and spend a day or two there and do some shopping, listen to some music, eat some great food, and really just have some fun,” Harr said.

Tickets for this fall’s festival can be purchased at the festival’s website as well as at the box office day of. Single-day tickets for adults are $7.75 online and $8 at the gate, with weekend passes $13 online, $14 at the gate. Senior/Military Admission is $6.50 per day, $11 for the weekend, and all kids 12 and under get in free. Door prize tickets are also $3 each.

“Well-behaved,” leashed pets are also welcome, according to the festival’s website.

Free, off-site parking is also available at Western Albemarle High School and Henley Middle School with a free shuttle service provided by Cville Hop On Tours, which Harr said helps alleviate traffic.
