CHARLOTTESVILLE (WINA) – Charlottesville Police are investigating a shooting in the area of Hardy Drive. As of 7:30 Sunday evening , one victim was receiving treatment for a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

Expect a heavy police presence in the area as officers continue to investigate this incident.
