Glenn Youngkin ordered Virginia flags flown at half-staff through sunset Sept. 14, “in memory and respect of Charlie Kirk”, the founder of Turning Point USA shot and killed while he was speaking at a Utah college. The Governor declares it pursuant to President Trump’s order for the American flag.
