CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLERIGHTNOW) – If you’re a Dominion Energy customer, be prepared for possible power outages as snow, ice, and rain continue to impact our area through early Thursday, Feb. 13. The company says the storm is bringing down trees and power lines, and icy roads could make it harder for crews to reach some areas and restore power quickly. The company says crews are out assessing damage, but restoration times may change as they navigate dangerous conditions. With the storm still moving through, the company says its crews are working as quickly as possible while prioritizing safety.

Dominion Energy is asking customers to report outages as soon as they happen using the Dominion Energy app or DominionEnergy.com. Customers should stay at least 30 feet away from downed power lines and to report them immediately by calling 1-866-366-4357.
