CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – After a couple of days of moderating temperatures today and tomorrow, we will have a possibility of accumulating snow in our area Sunday. While the National Weather Service is talking about an inch of snow with a wintry mix in our area, Accuweather is talking about the probability of 1-to-3 inches in our area starting Sunday afternoon into early evening. Accuweather’s Jeff Nordeen says this could reduce visibility at times and cause slick roadways Sunday night into Saturday morning.

After the snowfall, we go into a deep freeze throughout early next week.
