Charlottesville, VA (virginiasports.com): United Soccer Coaches have named UVA forward Maggie Cagle to the All-Region Third Team after a stellar season in 2024.    

She was Virginia’s highest point scorer this season, earning 19 from seven goals and five assists.  

Four of those seven goals were game winners, including a stunning strike in the upset win of #3 Penn State earlier in the year.

The Hoos finished 13-5-1 in 2024 after their defeat in the NCAA tournament last week.

 This is the first time Cagle has earned an All-Region nomination.
