CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – Friday, October 25 is the deadline to apply for a mail-in ballot for the November 5 election. Your request must be received by your local registrar by 5 p.m. on Friday. You can visit elections.virginia.gov for all the information, where you can also download a mail-in ballot application. However, you’ll need to submit it to your registrar by the Friday deadline. Starting this Saturday, and continuing next, your registrar’s office will be open for early in-person voting. Check with your local registrar for in-person voting hours. The last day for early in-person voting is Saturday, November 2, at 5 p.m.
