Charlottesville Police Chief Michael Kochis joined the program to discuss the investigation to the shooting at 2nd street SE and Monticello from September 16th as well as the challenge of gun violence among juveniles, the juvenile justice system, repeat offenders and the success of the department in apprehending dangerous individuals with prior records.
