Sandra Mahon, a free spirit and creative soul, passed away on September 12, 2024, at the age of 67.
She was a woman of strength who lived life on her own terms. Sandra’s talents knew no bounds. She was a gifted teacher who inspired her students with her enthusiasm and creativity. A talented musician, writer, and artist, Sandra expressed herself in ways that touched the hearts of those around her. Whether through music, words, or other art forms, she found beauty in the world and shared it generously.
Sandra was the mother of Lindsey “Caitlin” Mahon and Lily Rowan Mahon. She was preceded in passing by her late husband, David Mahon, in 1996. She is survived by her sister, Barbara Denbigh.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the Augusta Regional SPCA.
