Elaine Susan Wright, 67, of Charlottesville passed away on Monday September 2, 2024.

She was born on April 27, 1957 to the late Dolores Holtz Ruhlman and Paul Ruhlman. She is preceded in death by her sister, Joyce Tanase.

She is survived by her son and daughter; Kyle Virgil Wright and Ashley Marie Wright. She is also survived by three sisters; Faye Pecchia, Linda Spier, and Lora Severn. As well as her brother, Alan Ruhlman, along with their families.

She graduated from Ohio Northern University, Ohio State University, and the Medical University of South Carolina, earning her PharmD, before a successful career as a pharmacist.

Her deep and abiding Catholic faith was a foundation to her life, but her real joy was in her children, with frequent family outings, to the park or on many occasions to Disneyworld being fondly remembered.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Thomas Aquinas Church, or to a charity of your choice.
