PARIS, FRANCE (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) –  The 2024 Summer Olympics may be over, but the Paralympics have begun, and UVA Athletics is still well represented. A veteran member of the UVA Rowing Team will represent Team USA on Friday to start the games. Fourth-year rower Sky Dahl will compete in the PR3 mixed four with coxswain race, set to begin at 3:30 AM ET.

She will join a crew consisting of Ben Washburne, Alex Flynn, Gemma Wollenschlaeger, and coxswain Emelie Eldracher. Dahl has worked with members of this crew before, winning silver in Belgrade last year alongside Eldracher, Flynn, and Washburne.

For UVA, the Minnesota native made the 2023-24 ACC Honor Roll.

You can watch Sky row for Team USA on Peacock, along with the rest of the Paralympic Games from August 28th until September 8th.
