Charlottesville, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – Charlottesville’s vibrant food and drink scene has a new addition: Ethos Wine and Tea, located at 817 W Main Street. The space, described by Simon Davidson of Charlottesville 29 as “a lovable little corner building right across from the train station,” has housed several well-known establishments over the years, but Ethos brings a unique concept to the mix.
“Ethos is a combination of two dreams,” Davidson shared. Kylie Britt, passionate about wine, and Tiffany Nguyen, who has always wanted to open a community gathering space, merged their visions to create a welcoming wine and tearoom.
The establishment offers a selection of wines and teas, catering to a wide audience. “Whether you’re someone that sometimes likes wine, sometimes doesn’t, or maybe you never drink wine, Ethos provides a welcoming space,” Davidson noted.
Ethos is currently in a soft opening phase, operating Thursday to Sunday from 5 PM to 10 PM, with a grand opening planned for the following weekend.
