RICHMOND (WINA) – Governor Youngkin has issued an executive directive today to address hate in Virginia. The Governor discussed the directive on CBS This Morning as well as the Hugh Hewitt Show on NewsRadio WINA saying his office “is working to make sure all our K-through-12 and higher ed systems have active plans in order to support members of the Jewish faith and Muslim faith”.
The Anti-Defamation League reports a nearly 400-percent spike in antisemitic incidents over the past year… starting well before the current Middle East violence.
Back in May — accompanied by Helina Zimm, a Virginian who escaped Nazi-occupied Poland as a child — the Governor signed legislation the General Assembly passed adopting a working definition of antisemitism.
