She was a former member of Charlottesville Church of Christ under the leadership of Bishop Rufus Hayes for many years and later moved her membership to Faith, Hope, and Love International Healing & Deliverance Center under the leadership of Apostle Sarah Kelly, where she was a devoted member and served faithfully as a minister. Her faith was a cornerstone of her life, guiding her in both her personal and professional endeavors.

She leaves to cherish her memory her devoted daughter, Lucy Muse Anderson of Charlottesville, VA, who was her pride and joy.
