Charlottesville, VA (CVILLERIGHTNOW) – Former Abilene Christian coach Caty Reeves has joined Virginia Softball, announced head coach Joanna Hardin on Monday. Reeves will serve as the Director of Operations and Player Development.

Before joining the UVA softball staff, Reeves spent three seasons at Abilene Christian as an assistant coach, defensive coordinator, and associate head coach. She also has head coaching experience at Oklahoma Wesleyan and worked as a volunteer assistant at Ole Miss.

“I am thrilled to have Caty joining our staff here at Virginia,” Hardin said. “She brings more than 12 years of coaching experience across multiple divisions and in multiple roles to our staff.”
