Charlottesville, VA: (CVILLE RIGHT NOW):Time is running out for teams looking to have a shot at the title of the 2024 Tonsler League season.  Week 6 has come and gone, and only two weeks remain before the playoffs.  Here is what you need to know about all the action on Thursday and Sunday. 

Elite Company continues its perfect season, with the sixth win coming against the team directly behind them in the standings, Ballyworld.  That contest was the only game that ended with double digits between winner and loser, it finished 62-48.   

Supreme Skillz stumbled alongside Ballyworld, losing a three-point heartbreaker to Outkasts, 59-56.  Both teams are now 4-2. Splikak drew even winning a close game of their own over Team Lake 64-61, resulting in a four-way tie for second in the standings.  D3 and Hitlist are both only a game off second place.  Both teams got their third win of the season, D3 bested the Crozet Crazies 78-64, and Hitlist won out over UTRAIN 74-66.   

 

Hitlist tangles with Splikak next week with a chance to enter the conversation.  D3 goes against Mamba Mentality to try and keep pace with time running out.  Ballyworld and Team Lake will battle to try and slow the other one down.  Lastly, the task of stopping Elite Company falls to the Crozet Crazies.   

 

Games are on Thursday and Sunday evenings at Tonsler Park, Thursday games run from 6-9pm.  Sunday games run from 5-9pm.  Head over to the park and enjoy!
